For our Mums to be we offer our prenatal class that is specific to your pregnancy in preparation for birth.
For our Mums we offer a gentle, flowing baby-friendly class. A casual class where you can feed, change or just have a cuddle with your bub anytime you need. Arrive 10 mins early to this class to set up.
What are the benefits of Prenatal Yoga
Move safely during your pregnancy. Stay fit, Reduce stress and anxiety and increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
Gently ease back into yoga with our mum and bub class. Gentle pelvic floor exercises, core strengthening and light activations with bub nearby or cradled in your arms. The teacher is always nearby for any assistance needed.
are Prenatal Yoga classes right for me?
Our prenatal class is great for those expecting and must be 12 weeks to start this class. Feel inspired, stronger, calmer and deeply connected to bubs during this sacred time.
Our mum and bub class is perfect for a new mum to be surrounded by other like minded mums in a calm environment to arrive on the mat for some pelvic floor strengthening and nourishing deep stretches to relieve tension for postural support.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A PRENATAL YOGA CLASS WITH DIVINE FLOW?
Our prenatal class is always set up for your arrival with mats laid out in an informal semi circle know that you have space. Multiple props will be used to ensure your body is supported and safe at all times. Modifications will be given depending on where you are at during your pregnancy.
Our Mum and Bub class is set up for your arrival making it easier for you to arrive with bub in arm. Please bring a wrap to place over our blanket for the comfort of your baby. Our studio door is always left open so if needed you can leave to sit out in reception to feed or change bub.
