This is a 4 week journey into movement and breath for the growing mother & bump. We undergo many changes both physically and emotionally and pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to honour such a sacred time. Be guided through postural alignment and pregnancy breathwork (pranayama) throughout your second and third trimester. Feel empowered to lean into your practice to receive total nourishment, stamina, courage, self trust, strength, deep relaxation and care. This is a time for you to create ritual in your week and connect with both you and your baby on the mat.
