Practice 1: Activate your centre – Learn the basics on how to connect and engage your core and the energetic spinal locks.
Practice 2: Stand your ground – focused on the primary standing postures and how to ground.
Practice 3: Celebrate the Sun – Break down sun salutations. Understand the link between breath &movement.
Practice 4: Strength and Balance – Calibrate your inner compass to build strength from within.
Practice 5: Find your flow – Now let us put it all together into an energising flow.
