Join our most popular beginner / foundation program. Here we share our first one for 2021 and invite you to explore your foundation as part of our 25th program! It is encouraged to go back to basics, so that we may remember the roots of the practice. Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced yogi, this program will support your journey by deepening your awareness and understanding.
At Divine Flow we are passionate about welcoming in beginners to our studio. With our dedicated 5 week beginner yoga program you will be introduced to the elements of starting and building a solid foundation in your yoga practice. Our program is also suitable to regular practitioners wanting to move slower and solidify the foundations of their practice.
EACH WEEK WE EXPLORE
Practice 1:
Activate your centre – Learn the basics on how to connect and engage your core and the
energetic spinal locks.
Practice 2:
Stand your ground – focused on the primary standing postures and how to ground.
Practice 3:
Celebrate the Sun – Break down sun salutations. Understand the link between breath &
movement.
Practice 4:
Strength and Balance – Calibrate your inner compass to build strength from within.
Practice 5:
Find your flow – Now let us put it all together into an energising flow.
