This program is designed for the student that is ready to pursue a lifetime of passion within their personal practice. Plant deep seeds into creating new rituals and habits this Spring. Overcome limiting patterns and beliefs. We access a deeper commitment to self through movement and breath. Expect to move through the elements of Yang and Yin (fire and water) learn arm balances, strengthen core with Pilates and soften your tissues with YIN. This is designed on a cellular level for you to immerse yourself and find a deeper awareness towards your practice. Feel supported from the beginning to the end with our senior team and step forward and join the DF community and say ``I got this`` to 30 days.

Program Structure

Open: Event 3rd November 2.30 – 5.45pm (see below event content)

30 days inside the Divine Flow studio (or from home with our videos)
4 Home practices designed by Ryan & Eliza
Guided Meditation class by Ryan
Follow our detox / cleanse prepared by nutritionist and naturopath, Lauren
Join our Practice with Passion community class (optional) to absorb new information (foundation, arm balance or pranayama)

Saturday, 3rd November

From 2.30-5.45pm

Ryan will talk about the following points.

  1. The essence of world – stripping yoga back to basics so we understand why and what we are doing. Going beyond all of the fads and fashions of yogatainment to help people understand the true nature and complete science of yoga.
  2. Tantra for the modern world – a crash course in to understanding the unified feild we live in. This will help people to see beyond the duality of life and drop in to the reality of the experience rich existance we live in, helping them to find flow.

Lauren will talk about:

  1. Gut health and how nutrition is deeply connected to mind and body.

Eliza will lead:

  1. Slow Flow & YIN
